Dispute Resolution Procedures for Mediation and Arbitration

Businesses engage in millions of transactions every year. Of those millions of transactions frequently disagreements arise. Many of these disputes can and will be resolved through mediation/arbitration, the voluntary submission of a dispute to an impartial third person or persons who, after giving the parties and opportunity to present their evidence and arguments, render a determination in settlement of the dispute. Mediation/Arbitration has proven to be an effective and efficient way to resolve these disputes in a timely manner.

California Community Dispute Services (CaCDS), a public service, not-for-profit organization, offers a wide range of dispute resolution services to individuals, law enforcement agencies, business executives, attorneys, trade associations, trade unions, consumers, communities throughout the Bay area, and all levels of government and judicial system. CaCDS is headquartered in San Francisco at 502 7th Street, and has an office located Contra Costa County to service the East Bay and it’s communities.
