CaCDS Privacy Policy

California Community Dispute Services (CaCDS) respects the privacy of those who visit its site. Information on individual visitors is not tracked; nor is it required that visitors register in order to access any information on the site.

CaCDS’ web hosting service also maintains a strict privacy policy, only collecting such general information as visitor ISP domain, the amount of time spent on the web site and the pages visited. CaCDS does maintain, and occasionally report, records of use of the web site and requests for information. None of those reports include any identifying information on individual visitors.

The privacy of a visitor who requests information from CaCDS is respected to the same extent. Any identifying information on that visitor is used solely for the purpose of responding to the request and will not be released to any third party.

As a rule, CaCDS does not plant “cookies” on visitors’ computer. Any future use of "cookies" will include notification when they are being used.
